RUBY Programs – Tool for Data Collection and Analysis
- Asia Diabetes Foundation supported by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and The World Health Organization in response to The Western Pacific Declaration for Diabetes (www.wpdd.org)
RUBY Programs (Risk Understanding By Yourself for Diabetic Complications) are assessment tools developed mainly for patients’ data collection and analysis. The target users will be primary care providers in low to middle income countries. The idea is to help them establish a database for service improvement and some of them may eventually advance to use the JADE program.

- Working closely with ADF in pioneering and develop the first-ever version of such assessment tool
- Transform high level user requirements collected into technical aspect and program development specs
- Design database, system and application architecture as well as user interface
